Excellent value Sunday night meal - pork roast and cracking with perfectly roasted veggies and a huge $25 porterhouse cooked exactly as ordered(medium rare) - nice chips and salad. Great value, bubbly friendly hostess - absolutely recommended

Who would have thought. Didn’t look like much when we walked in, but friendly staff and the best pub meal we’ve had in a long time. Exceptional lemon meringue pie. Highly recommend this pub

Don’t expect the bells & whistles here. Old country pub decor but fine pub meals & ice cold beer. Its popular with the holiday makers enjoying lake boga, so book a table if you visiting during summer holidays.

Food was fantastic. For such a rural place I was surprised. I had a chicken dish, but the veggies were 100% like my nans and the lemon meringue pie was to die for. The service was fantastic, they made us feel like another local, wthey were very helpful and quick. There was an older lady also dining, and the staff were extra kind to her and tentative. I will let others know and visit again.

Had an enjoyable meal but the pumpkin was a little firm for my liking and the service was a bit slow but understandable as there was a sailing regatta happening nearby and the place was packed.

If you need a place to eat, this is it! If you are staying in lake boga or passing through you’ll be doing yourself a favour stopping and eating here, good old country pub with great food which is better than most ! Will definitely return
