My son and I waited over an hour to get our haircut today he wanted to cut and colour I wanted a perm one of the ladies (if you can call her that) decided to let another lady go in front of us so I went to tell her that she had made a mistake that we were first she decided to tell me that I should leave the store and not come back she wouldn't listen to reason I think that's disgusting I can't believe what the service was like and if I treat special needs people like that imagine how they treat other people will never ever go back again please beware

My daughter had a full head of foils this afternoon by Katrina and the experience was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and such a lovely person. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and the service by both Katrina and Erin was brilliant. Thank you

My daughter had her hair done here the other day, took the lady about 5 hours and she didn't complain once! ( long thick hair) , friendly staff, price was great! Highly recommend!

Very un organised and unprofessional. I asked for a trim and they took too much off then proceeded to charge for a restyle! After waiting 50 mins for a trim and was told they won’t be long. I experienced 3 customers in 1 hour not happy with service and cuts! More attention to detail and more experience is needed there. Very disappointed and won’t be back

I had a hair cut there this morning, for 30 bucks it the worst experience I have had.I had to go some where else to have it done redone.Just a simple hair cut!!??Zero customer service, the staff showing pictures on their phones, not paying attention to what she was doing!!!!I'm in the service industry andthis was astonishing.

Went in at 5.20pm on Friday website and google say they are open till 7pm and was told sorry we’re not taking anyone else today. one guy just getting finished off and another women getting her hair done and 2 staff members working.
