The Team at Arana Hills Vet are amazing. I have a dog with allergies and we have come so far since joining them. The team are friendly and kind and genuinely care. Very much recommend if you are looking for a new veterinary clinic!

Very friendly staff, my new puppy was very comfortable around them. Great service with a smile. Nice clean premises too. Approachability and attitude of staff (and my puppy's reaction to them) are of upmost importance to me - so very happy we chose this clinic.

Vetkind staff were very friendly, informative and kind. The Vet was very communicative, listened thoroughly and was thorough, even recommending a behavioural specialist vet for my dog's obvious anxiety issues. These guys are my vet of choice, and even though my visits are not regular, they are always welcoming and professional.

Kathryn took time and care for Jed to feel comfortable with her before examining him. I felt confident Jed was in good hands. Kathryn also offered sound advice re feeding choices and explained the necessity for Jed undergoing a dental procedure. I very much appreciated the acceptance and respect of our four legged family member.

I recently took my frenchie cross for an appointment with Dr Ema.I went out of my way to see her because she is so highly recommended for brachy dogs. I’m so glad I did.I was so happy with everything from the initial call to the consult and check out.The staff are fantastic and so friendly. Dr Ema is amazing. So lovely and really caring and really passionate about ensuring your dog lives a long and healthy life.I felt like a lot of time was spent with us explaining everything and making sure we were comfortable and informed.Couldn't have hoped for a better visit with a new vet.The effort put into explaining everything was extremely appreciated and the prices were really reasonable.

Dr Ema is incredible and thoughtful and creates lovely relationships with her fur parents. We followed her across from Greencross and hope she stays local. She is beautifully kind hearted and a really knowledgeable vet. Dr Ema's Service and level of care for the animals is above and beyond. Wouldn't taken my fur babies anywhere else. I know they are safe in her care.

The team are all wonderful at Arana Hills! Very friendly staff who are experienced with my dogs and the fees are appropriate for the work that they do. I feel like I get a personalised service as they always remember me and my dogs, and make us feel welcome.

I cannot say enough about this practice. As the owner of an anxious rescue dog, this clinic has been an a absolute godsend.Vet Michelle is the most knowledgeable, compassionate and generous small animal vets I have come across in a lifetime of dog ownership, always happy to talk tactics and training and behaviour modification.The nurses, without fail, are also fabulous.
