Absolutely no inspections done in the last 18 months. Very rarely answers the phone. Had issues with various things, never cared. Had mould on carpet for months, never rectified. Now is trying to claim old carpet damage from prior to lease was down to me. I left the place spotless and cleaner than when I moved in. Don’t bother with this agency. If I was the owner, I certainly would question why no inspections were done.
