One of the better EB stores in the Newcastle-Hunter area. Staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. More open floorplan than most EB stores so more comfortable browsing. Of course, they lose a star because of EB's heinous pricing and pathetic price matching policy.

Lots of good stock to choose from, prices could be better. The staff are very cheerful and helpful. The location is good. Nothing to fault them except prices. I would recommend this place.

Ok for games, having lots of stock of common ones, but not much for older consoles any more. Not much merchandise as they moved the Zing store to the other end of the shopping centre.

EB's are EB's they pretty much all the same layout. Good value....but you have to check pricing as they fluctuate. Can be dearer, buyer be aware.....they do price match with other stores. Managed to obtain a VR game I had not seen before and at a very good price. Happy chappy.

Went here frequently -until I changed jobs. Fantastic EB Games, great experience. Staff make you feel like a friend or special guest rather than a customer. Highly recommend visiting this store.

Great service would HIGHLY recommend. I had issues with an online order, contacted customer service and was basically told nothing could be done. Went and spoke to the guys in store and 3 days later got the game I wanted. Could not be happier with the service from store staff. I highly recommend you forget online purchases and go see the helpful people in store.
