I have emailed twice, sent a message on messenger and tried calling multiple times after being sent the incorrect essential oils but still NO response... Very disappointed. Would not recommend this company and just hope they see this and finally get back to me.

I was very disappointed with Lanopeal team and shop.I have ordered their products and got cancel (no products available) with the message sent it to me that will be fully refunded on 6th of Jan 2020.There is no refund to me yet and I have called them 3 times to follow this and still no refund. I could not believe how big is this business but cannot manage to give back customer's money. I called someone 2 days ago 16/02/2020 and he said will get back to me. But haven't heard from him.I wonder if anyone got the same situation as me.Very disappoint! What a professional company!

I have been using several product of Lanopearl for 5 years.I absolutely love it.The results are amazing , my skin is very soft, brighter and smoother.For me Lanopearl is excellent product at the moment.

Ordered products from them on24th of December but did not get it delivered. Today is January 6th. I rang them 3 days, all went through voice messages. I left the voice messages and sent the message in their website but still no response from them. I don't think this company exist

i wasn't expect to get the result from this brand but after using Himalaya cream i could feel my face is getting smoother and brighter. like this one and have been using for 6 month already.

Ordered hand sanitiser 4 month ago, smell was horrible. Requested for a refund and their product to get picked up many times and they just constantly ignore my request. This company should not be in business if they can not manage their customer feedback and requests.
