I highly recommend using Metropolitan plumbing at Salisbury. I had a blocked pipe causing very slow drainage to my kitchen sink and washing machine. Danny who attended was unable to locate the 'Government Inspection Opening' which was located underneath my concrete driveway after his call to SA Water. Once the GIO was accessible Danny promptly came back and Hydo Jetted and put a camera down all entry's to the pipes. I no longer have slow drainage and have peace of mind with the GIO accessible now. Without Danny's knowledge I wouldn't of known the GIO was buried underneath my concrete driveway.

Exorbitant prices and feel pressured into losing money on call out fee.Phoned to find out how much it would cost to unblock our drains. I told them I needed a water jet to clear it as we have an ongoing problem at our house. The operator informed me there is no extra charge for emergency call outs. There is a $141.90 non-refundable call out fee and they quote you on arrival. Operator could not give me any idea how much it would cost for a water jet. I assumed it couldn't be much more than other plumbing places, so agreed. After a 5 minute chat with the plumber, he quoted us $699 to use the water jet. This is almost triple the price of other plumbing companies I've used, and they don't even charge the extra $140+ call out fee. I now realise why operators are told to claim they don't know prices, as they are hoping for at worst, an easy $140 payment for 5 minutes of chatting, and at best an exorbitant $699 to clear the drains. I declined the offer of handing out hundreds of dollars to the plumber, but feel like I've been robbed for paying them $141.90 to come to my home in person to tell me I can't afford their services. In my opinion this is a very deceitful way of doing business and an awful way of taking advantage of distressed and vulnerable customers. Shame on you.

This company sucks, poor service, poor skills. highly not recommended!! The guy did work for 5 minutes, but did paperwork for over 30 minutes. He told me that the circuit board of my gas water heater was broken, would cost over $800 to fix. But actually it was just flow sensor not functioning.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!I'd give minus 5 stars if I could. Paid the $150 call out fee which mind you was during business hours on a Monday not a weekend or after hours fee. The plumber arrived spent 15 minutes in the house looking at the job only to say he didn't have parts and before he would get them to do the job needed up front payment of 2 hours labour and parts cost of $450. $600 later a different plumber returned to the house to do a 5 minute job of putting 2 clamps on a pipe.DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.So for 20 minutes physical work $600.We were not winners in this situation and would hate for others to be ripped off by this terrible service. It is not professional nor trustworthy.

Mick was well presented found the blockage and cleaned it effectively. Dosent mind a yarn either. Pricing is on the higher end of the scale then what i was expecting but other than that was all good
