I want to pass on my thanks for the great job done yesterday retrofitting old ceiling fans. Any problems that could have arisen did but he was calm, confident and professional. The job finished after dark at 6:30pm and very much appreciated.

As a tenant renting a unit, I've had the pleasure of working with Good Maintenance for our property's needs over the past several years through our Real Estate Agency. Knowing how difficult it can sometimes be with so many moving parts between an agency and the maintenance folk, I really can't recommend Good Maintenance enough!We had our hot water heater replaced some months ago, and just recently had a shower leak fixed. Asher was an absolute gem on the phone-- professional, really friendly, and compassionate to our needs. I just had an electrical fault in my apartment serviced by Good Maintenance. The technician was friendly and professional, and talked me through what he was doing so I wasn't left wondering. The service team were super responsive and they kept me up to date with what was happening, including plenty of notice of the appointment time, and informing me when the tech was on his way.Honestly everything was taken care of and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I can't recommend then enough - thank you!
