Can’t speak highly enough of MyCar at Browns Plains. I called not long before their closing time desperately needing a punctured tyre repaired because I was almost 3hrs away from my home, and despite being busy and almost their finishing time, they came to my rescue. Skye in particular is just amazing and she is an absolute asset to your business! Her compassion and professionalism was more appreciated than she could ever know. You won’t be sorry if you take your car here for any work needed.

Thank you Brad for the best service ever from an auto shop. Battery replaced and works like a treat.Brad went above and beyond when the payment link wouldn't work. Brad came back to work when he should have been eating dinner with his family to ensure I could still get my car back as promised at 6.15pm as I work in the city.Thanks Brad. Greatly appreciated. I'll be sending all my friends and willl be back when the next service is due.

My battery decided it was time to give up while I was shopping at Browns Plains. I approached My Car and they were amazing with their assistance . They got me re- started and organised a new battery...Thank you to Brad and Luke for your wondeful Customer service. I know you were busy.Will definitely be getting my car serviced there from now on if that's the kind of service and care I will receive.

Found the staff very helpful and polite. Had my car serviced, asked for an early service, no trouble had the car back in 1.5 hours. Didn't want to spend hours at browns plains as I had other appointments. The car is running beautifully. Would definitely go back. Have recommended to a couple of friends they have also been very pleased with the car service.

Very competitive pricing and friendly staff! They were honest about being short staffed on the day which meant longer expected wait times on the fixes. I valued their honesty a lot as it helped me manage my expectations of them. Highly recommend and would keep coming back to them for future car issues!

A big thanks to Brad and his team at Browns Plains. It was nice to experience good customer service again. My car has been serviced by Hyundai only since new in 2011 but after the sloppy and arrogant service I got from them over the past nine months trying to get them to identify a brake problem I decided to go to My Car. They have found the problem and put my mind at ease so all my future mechanical work will be given to them.

Had car serviced and asked for boot latch to be replaced, Boot was secured earlier by RACQ (internally)so boot would not fly open.Kmart told me that another part was needed to fix boot which was OK with me.What wasn't OK was how the mechanic, ( I'll use that word loosely) left my boot secured with copious amounts of black tape on sides of boot...

Just arrived after travelling from SA only to need two new tyres after the travel. Looked online, found they were the cheapest and quickest to book in. Booked in online the night before, picked the tyres, date and time and then rocked up the next day, easy enough process and car drives great after new tyres and a wheel alignment. As well as them checking over a mechanical issue and quoting me for it accordingly. Super friendly staff will be back again if needed.
