Hey Coles, here's a thing..When you have staff on the 12 items or less register, perhaps you might help folks with a full shopping trolley by having a staff member assist with checking out also. Makes no sense that I spend over $400 on groceries and store policy is that I don't need assistance. Made it harder for myself by making a part cash part card payment and therefore had to queue for the one machine accepting cash.No staff members were available on any other register, period.Anyway, those two gripes aside, the experience here was what you expect - didn't come here for fun.

Great market and has a lot of choices and incredible produce. Deli counter staff were really helpful and suggestions were spot on. Will definitely be coming back.

Plenty of different shops available, nice place to shop can get very busy during school holidays. Be patient you will eventually get parking. And please use the trolley return bays ,not good backing into a trolley when parking. Not enough staff to get rid of them.

Love the sortiment. Always get at least 95% of what I want. Saves a lot of time.Update September 22: still great selection, I just don't get the set up... had to go back and forth between ends of store to get the odd bits I wanted from there. Only place I seem to be able to get Rana pan fry gnocchi ....update March 23: I profoundly felt sorry for the single staff member in charge of helping customers at the sefl check outs. No more people on registers. People with large quantities took forever because of scanning problems. It took forever. Customers financing profits while now having to use excessive time of their own to pay the ridiculous prices for groceries with ailing Customer Service. Not a happy Camper Coles

Has vegan section which should be expanded, very small organic section, many of the product lines in the past have been reduced or discontinued.

I am a frequent shopper at this Coles, and I must say it is the best Coles I know of. All of the staff here have very good manners, the specials are great every week, and the stores cleanliness is always perfect and never disappoints.

Don't mind this coles but, always so very busy. Fresh fruit and vegetables are good most of the time and staff are always so very friendly. There is 1 guy (between 40 & 50) who is do fresh and spritely and I always make sure I go to his register when I go to this Coles. He is so very funny, he actually is the only staff member in any store that has actually made me laugh!
