One of the most surreal experiences. I booked online, via the La Porchetta website and received a confirmation by e-mail. Arrived at the restaurant to find it closed, left a somewhat irate message and heard nothing. Rang back and got told it was my fault for not knowing I had to ring and check opening hours, which is nit mentioned anywhere on the website, despite the confirmation we received. This is a chain who simply hold customers in contempt.
