Bought a guess watch 2 months ago havent been used and stop working.Shop doesnt wants to return even with purchase transaction presented.May be a manager or whoever is that asian lady was so loud from another side of shop said no no no one watch one warranty card i cant take it.Very poor customer service.Never ever go there..

Came in to buy a gift for my mother. One of the women seemed a little hesitant and self-reserved when I was asking about the ring I wanted to buy but I decided to ignore it. When I asked to place the ring in a gift bag she dropped the box (containing the ring) in it and the box smacked against the table. For a very fragile ring that is not how it is meant to be dealt with, especially after I have spent a sum of money on it. The other woman seemed indulged in her work and ignored what happened. Will never shop here again - straight to Goldmark next time.

Bought a jewellery from here, it was little bigger for me, went to check my size and they start their drama just to exchange it. Not even will go close to the shop again. There is no less than a star to rate them so ai rate them 1start, actually its way less than a star.PROUDS SHOULD SHAME ON THEIR STAFF!!!

If I could give 0 star I would. I bought my Mum a watch a year ago she had hardly wore this and crystals fell out. I went to take it back, as they had informed me this had 12 months warranty. Only to find out that the warranty only covers the watch mechanics. I wouldn't bother or waste your money service is only good when you spend money.

Do not buy pearls from there. Its all fake. Bought a set of pearl jewelries from them in 2019. They have started to discolor. Took them to the Hurstville Prouds and a woman by the name of KUMI, ignored and did not even wanted to listen.I understood that I have purchased a fake set of pearls from them as she did not want to help me.Please do not buy any jewelries as all of them are fake.

Very poor customer service and fague PEARLS. Bought a gold fresh water pearl earing and pendent set and the color of the pearl is getting changed. I have taken it to them with the receipt of purchase to check what's wrong with it. Woman by the name of KUMI was rude and said it is 1 year old now and that's it. NOTHING TO BE PROUD BY PURCHASING FROM PROUDS. Ashamed to see this kind of woman are wokring in customer service. Not even worth for 1 star, had to give that otherwise cannot publish this. Never ever visit them.

There was a lady with dark skin tone (not being rude) who wasnot friendly and presentable. Wanting to get rid when browsing through items and forcing into buying something and checking out asap. She was very rude in her approach with a fake smile and attitude. I will never go back to hurstville branch if I see that lady in the store. I wanted to have some ideas and browse the items I saw online but she wanted to get rid of me. I felt very bad about it. She gave me a bad experience.

Head office couldn't fix ring. Store manager referred it to her jeweller. Was offered the option to buy ring through sale at half price almost the same as getting it fixed. Great customer service.
