THANKS FOR NOTHING SIMONNE!!!NO REPLY FOR BOND REFUND!!I was charged for damages that I noted and took pictures of in the Entry Conditions Report I competed before moving in!!! I asked for receipts/invoices for claims made to the bond, NO REPLY!!I was told to give banking details for the remaining bond to go into but then I received an email shortly after moving out to pay $770 but no response or description was given for what the $770 was for?!!This place is unbelievable!!! Claims to my bond but no receipts or anything. How can you charge someone else for damages that are in the entry conditions report?!!!

It took almost 2months to finalise my bond refund after the final inspection held in early December 2022 with the property manager Slavica.This also include receiving the final inspection report after 3 weeks later just after I lodge to Fair Trading and several contacts mader to her with no reply. Slavica also made promised to contact me but this was no the case.She had kept me waiting with her broken promises and did qoute to me if the matter is urgent then I can relate too her, this is not the right way to deal any matters with the tenants.In additional after moving out of the property, I was slugged with a tax invoice to pay for a damaged relating to a small crack tile on the bathroom wall that was a damage with poor workmanship by the tradie when the property was in the early stage of builting. This has been noted on the report and I was told I am not at fault for the damage however in the end I was billed for the damage.I was extremely distressed with her poor customer service and lack of communication. This is not a professional way to act with integrity and hontesy.

Grateful for Kirti for securing a rent during covid times. Also big thanks for Slavica for her help during the rent period and handling the owner who wasn’t providing the proper repairs for their property. We left the property despite us accepting the huge increase but Slavica was helpful to communicate things to the greedy tight owners. We got a full refund quickly because we left a perfect property cleaned and maintained. And advice ..choose to represent properties for good owners because this is what keeps the good reputation.
