Couldn’t recommend anyone more highly.!! absolutely lovely people. Josh and his staff were awesome. I have had a problem with my 2017 Toyota Hilux now for over a year and have taking it to 4 different places over the year to get them to sort it out but nobody wanted to have a look. Even Toyota the place I got the car. They all just put it in the to hard basket. First half an hour I was there Josh had told me they had already found the problem to do with the power to the 4x4 module. Which was such a relief. Will definitely be going back if I have any further problems.!!P.S drove 3 hours to go to Josh will definitely be doing it again in the future if need be.

Josh and his team went above and beyond…. He liaised with my mechanic in Bendigo.. Got the diagnosis sorted over the phone I traveled to Dandenong on a weekend! and had it fixed in just an hour! That is professionally service! Super nice and friendly, well done!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Josh and Grace are great to deal with. My Nissan Pathfinder had a no crank no start issue.Another place diagnosed it as TCM replacement. Booked it in with Automotive Clinic to get a second opinion. Josh diagnosed it promptly, turned out it was just a loose connection that needed replacing.Also took my Mazda there a couple of weeks later to diagnose a battery draining issue. Josh fixed it the following day. Grace kept me updated during the process. Cannot recommend enough. Keep up the great work!

My mitsubishi outlander 2015 diesel was loosing power so I brought my car there, lots of costs involved, checked dpf, changed fuel filter, changed suction control valve, fuel system cleaning, then told me the car was fixed but it wasn't, so I brought the car back, they drove the car for one hour and found the car still had a loosing power problem, then they confirmed it's a turbo problem and refered me to MTQ turbo specialist, then MTQ said the turbo was fine but the engine had to be replaced.... then fortunenately my brother in law referred me to bp service in springvale south and they could easily identify the real issue, just needed to replace the egr valve and then it's all fixed now.... in conflusion, in my opinion, both automotive clinic and MTQ don't really know their stuffs, they lack technical skills and knowledge of how to fix cars, their customer service may be good but lacking technical skills and knowledge
