The 1 star relates only to after sales service. My experience purchasing my new SsangYong Musso was very good, however, my experience with the service manager following a breakdown of my vehicle was the worst I have ever experienced. He showed no interest getting my vehicle back on the road quickly. After waiting 4 weeks for the component to repair my car, he was still showing no sign of being proactive in expediting the part, he was full of excuses and no solutions. In the end he told me that my customer satisfaction was not his responsibility, but the responsibility of SsangYong Australia and that I would have to call SsangYong myself ??? (Interesting approach to customer support). I did ring SsangYong Australia myself and spoke to someone who actually cares about customer service and the part arrived at the dealer 2 days later. To his credit he did have my car repaired the day he got the part, however, when I picked the car up, there was no apology, no explanation about the repair or reason for premature failure of the component, just paperwork shoved under my nose for a signature and handed the key. After 5 weeks of sitting outside in their yard, the car hadn't even had a wash. All together, a very unpleasant experience. After speaking to other owners, my experience is not isolated.

I bought my car there,have no problems with it,But getting serviced is over $300 bit steep,but,don't know anyone else atm,but staff are nice and helpful

I spoke to Jackie about a car I was interested in, and within the week my finance was organised, and the car was ready for me. Jackie was so lovely and explained everything thoroughly. The whole team there made the process so easy! I can’t wait to go pick up my brand new car!

So after being a loyal customer after buying 2 cars off you in 2015 and always getting the dualcab service there it's time to share my view.Colin the owner has always looked after me and done what ever he could do to help me when there was a problem with my Ute.My issue is with the service and communication from the service department and the mechanics past and present.I know I come across harsh and grumpy at times but when your paying for a service or repair you expect it to be done correctly and not have to return for the repairs to be repaired 2 or 3 times.You would also expect that when your car is parked in the street that it's actually locked and secure.The final straw for me was having the reverse cable replaced and getting it back and finding that all the plastic clips that hold part of the centre console in place are broken.Then questioning what happened and being told by the service manager that he checked with the mechanic and they said it was already like that.Then being told that he takes the word from his mechanic instead of the customers because the mechanic has been there 14 yrs.Now I've had a closer look I can see that the cable has a spot that it goes through on the dust and water resistant boots but instead there is now a hole that has been cut that will now let dust and water in..I've attached photos and a video.The video show how they forgot to check and tighten bolts after replacing my balljointsThe photos show the installation of the reverse cable.

Waste of time trying to deal with them. Bought a car from them, had issues immediately. Car has been back 3 times and the major issue still stands. The owner is rude when you state your point, the mechanics are a joke and im fed up with it.

Westpoint is a great local dealer, l bought my Mercedes 200B here and have been completely happy with it. Best car l have ever owned. The staff are lovely, the service area has excellent mechanic's and the office staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

They repaired my car and returned it with broken indicators and say they just suddenly broke for no reason DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS THERE MECHANICS ARE SCAMMERS EVERYTIME THEY FIX SOMETHING THEY BREAK SOMETHING ELSE SO YOU CAN RETURN FOR ANOTHER SERVICE as of the 28/02 my car is undrivable again with the check engine light on barley a week after service never get your car fixed at this rip off place

I bought a car from them and i had an issue the car was accelerating itself and i gave them the car three times and the service manager doesn't know what was the issue he said this is because of cold weather, may be because of gear oil, i don’t know how they hired people like those , when they discovered the issue he said you have to pay, i met the manager and i am trying to inform him how you are giving me a car without checking it is safe or not, he is only thinking about money, don’t trust this company and the people there are very rude and not professional
