Can't rate the customer service received from Carina @ BikeExchange highly enough. Carina got straight onto resolving an issue, that was user (that's me!) created, in a very effective and polite manner. such a good company ... initially bought a bike through them and the tyre was damaged the response from them was quick and solved in a day. new tyre sent out and arrived within 2 days ..thanks very much and would definingly recommend this company

I had a few problems composing an ad using the two mediums of my phone and laptop. I requested online help and connected with Carina. Her service was over and above what I could have hoped for. She went out of her way to ensure my ad was perfect and my experience was wonderful. Outstanding result.

I first read the reviews and I got bloody scared to make a simple order !There is a guy that says in the review that there is no safe way to pay, when the platform gives you the option of using … PayPal??No problems , very helpful website, was searching for something so specific , that I couldn’t find anywhere else but the US through normal Google search.it has so many stores from Australia combined in a beautifully set up platform .

I have been searching for a specific bike and Carina has been a great help with my quest. I have been unable to find the bike I was after but a lot of time has been saved by Carinas efficiency. I will be using BikeExchange again.

I created an ad on Bike Exchange to sell 2 bikes, but I had some problems. I needed to get some info regarding the specs so my ad was accurate and specific. It was so great to deal with a company who I could contact via telephone and have my problem sorted immediately. The wait was short and when Carina came on the line, she was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable – problems sorted in no time. I don’t know if my bikes will sell, but the customer service I received was first class.

I received an amazing help from Carina when I got in touched with her thru customer suppor!! She answered al my questions promptly and courteously about the bicycle I was looking for!! She did a great job!!!! She provided me with all the information I was looking for!!!! I gladly give her 5 stars!!!!!
