This was a great introduction into reflexology and a nice day with Hollie. We did a lot of hands on learning and came away with a great tool for helping family and friends relax. This course has been a fantastic experience, with our wonderful teacher Hollie always creating such a supportive and fun learning environment. Being an individual with a very limiting health condition, I cannot thank Hollie enough for her constant patience, compassion, and understanding throughout this whole course, and being so accommodating around my needs to make sure I get to the finish line - a million thank yous!

Thank you to Karen and Hollie for delivering such a great reflexology course. It has been an amazing experience with so many new friendships gained with others who have a passion for learning and complementary health. I gained so much from this course, covering not only the learning of reflexology treatments, but also business planning, personal wellness and self care, among others. Looking back at the last 8 months, it has been a great time for self-reflection and personal growth. Karen and Hollie have a very calm approach to their teaching and bring a wealth of knowledge. Had a wonderful day on Sunday attending the Introduction to Reflexology course with our lecturer Hollie . Hollie was great very friendly and informative. The practical sessions were fabulous, my feet are energised my body was tired but refreshed great to learn the techniques thank you I am thinking about doing the full course
