This post office sold my 93 year old wheelchair bound mother a smart phone. They took the sim card out of her old phone and sent her away without checking that she could actually use the phone. Her cold, arthritic hands could not activate the screen so the phone was useless to her.. It was the only phone in the house other than an emergency call system direct to the ambulance so she was totally out of contact with the world.
