I decided to spontaneously get my earlobe pierced with my thirds and was a bit nervous to get them done with a needle. Lea was amazing and walked through step by step on the process and was always making sure I was okay. Thank you Lea for making my experience great

Tash is excellent. Very professional, a perfectionist and knows her trade. She fixed my daughters prior piercing (botched at a nearby competitor) and did such a lovely job. Very personable and great with the children.

Hands down the best waxing experience I've had. Lea is so knowledgeable and helpful with providing the right after-care advice, and then proceeded with the most comfortable xxx wax I've ever had - I didn't even flinch once! Tash is so amazing she does my Brazilian waxing regularly she’s quick and thorough every time and always makes me feel comfortable. I came in for an ear piercing and the experience was just as great she was so fast I barely felt anything!

Got both of my nipples pierced, I was super nervous but Tash was so supportive and helpful! She got it done nice a quickly and made sure I was feeling okay between each piercing. Would definitely come back again for any other piercings :)

Just wanted to say that I could not have had a better experience getting my nose piercings here. My piercer was Tash and she was excellent. She was professional and also very friendly, making it an easy and relaxed experience. I could not recommend her or this store enough for your next piercing.

Amy was absolutely amazing. She talked me through the process, gave me advice on the jewellery to use and was brilliant with getting the piercing done quickly and almost pain-free. I loved my service with Lea she's so knowledgeable about skin.She talked to me about products for both my face, but most importantly my dry legs. I bought the product she recommended and can't thank her enough. I've seen improvement already in just 2days. I will continue going there, amazing customer service and very professional
