Bought a newly built house off them, and the welding and overall quality of the fence was poor. My back fence fell down (other side of fence is also loose) and it’s only 3 years old. I sent an email to the real estate agent but awaiting response for over a week. As per the Building Work Contractor Act 1995, the Statutory Warranties covers domestic building work for at least 5 years. The welding of the fence posts was done poorly and missing screws are also noted in a number of places. My neighbours' and my privacy have been compromised.
