brought two pears $12, open up both rotten at bottom, throw away keep picture and receipt, unable to go back to return on the day, return to store later day, got rejected by cashier stated store policy no exchange more than one day, we will never return to this shop and not recommend to shop there.

Such a good place for Korean products. Cooking ingredients and utensils, cleaning products and more! I was so impressed, they even sell marinated crab. Lots of skincare products too like hand lotions and hair colour. Would highly recommend, especially for Korean groceries.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Showed me all the ingredients I need to have to make cold noodles. Prices are reasonable and had alot of variety of products.

Nice Korean grocery store with good selection of Korean food and veggies. They have a good area full of cooking gears. It’s always clean and nicely organised.They have loyalty system as well.Highly recommended.

Great selection of Korean goods, from pots to snacks, you name it. We especially enjoy the large selection of snacks :) Great location within a busy restaurant street serving mainly Korean dishes. The car park has three levels but it gets full very quick so be prepared to go around a few times before finding a space.

This is the worst Korean supermarket I have ever been to. One of the young female staffs is rude and disrespectful to customers. She was kinda despising my partner and me while serving us. Overall. I had a very bad shopping experience at S-mart Eastwood. I won’t recommend people to shop here. The other Korean supermarket called KMALL 09 Eastwood is way much better.

The most selfish owners. Why don't you stop blocking the narrowest pathway for shoppers and putting them in danger by your thoughtless and selfish staff with your stocks and trolleys.If anyone gets injured because of the stores reckless, selfish and irresponsible conducts, contact me and i will help you sue them (with more evidence).

Huge range of Asian and Korea groceries! And massive range of Homeware. Also a great place for fresh fruit and vegetables and very reasonably priced! Very friendly staff!

Have so many great items and good prices, wish this place was closer to where I live. The staff are super friendly, I am not Korean and I showed them pictures of what I was looking for as I did not have English translation and they helped me out and very friendly!
