I rang Nic on a Monday to arrange an inspection & quote.Nic's business is located 1.7kms away.We had agreed for Nic to come around at the end of the day once he'd completed his current job at his own residence.When we got off the phone, I had sent Nic my address.Hrs went by & Nic was a no show.I sent a follow up message to ask whether or not we had our day right & what had happened if so? Still no reply.I then received a message the following day, I quote,I was going to but had to get the fence fixed because my dog got out".Nic is very unreliable & unprofessional with a huge lack of communication.I do not recommend his services based on my negative experience before even getting a service."
