Never reviewed a servo before but thought it was much deserved! Never have I had someone fuel my car up then clean my windscreen whilst I payed! Really made my morning with some old school hospitality. 10/10

Wow! Didn't expect to have such great service. Thought we went back in time to when a service station meant that someone served you. Well done BP Augusta. I highly recommend that everyone go there, fill up and enjoy the same service we had.

Can’t say I’ve ever thought about the quality of experience at a petrol station before, however I was pleasantly surprised by BP Augusta. Very friendly staff with good old-fashioned hospitality including filling up the tank and wiping down the windscreen for you. Count your lucky stars if you ever find yourself at this fine establishment!

Fantastic customer service. They helped me fuel up and cleaned my windscreen. The staff are happy, social and super helpful. Best place to fuel up in the south west

Excellent service. As we pulled in a staff member jumped over and offered to do the pumping of gas. As we politely declined, he instead started cleaning our front windows while we pumped. Haven’t had this kind of service at a gas station for 5+ years. Keep up the good work!

Great fuel stop at very reasonable prices.The Scottish lady is so friendly and helpful, I hope they pay her well .Old fashioned service.Can definitely recommend .
