I just want to say thank you to Wendy and Gillian from the north Lakes store. These wonderful ladies went so far above and beyond to help me out and get me the right mattress, thier customer service is outstanding as well as there care for their clients.I recommend anyone looking for a bed or mattress too see these ladies as u will not get better service anywhere else. Thank you again Wendy and Gillian and bedsheets north Lakes.

Went into the Fyshwick store and asked for assistance - we were looking for a trundle, trundle mattress and a king single bed frame. The shop assistant was helpful and told us we could pretty much pick any bed in the store as long as it was high enough for the trundle to fit under. We ended up going with the one they had on display with the trundle underneath it - there was no mattress on the trundle but we ordered the one he recommended. When they arrived my husband assembled the bed frame and trundle, only for us to find there is no way the mattress on the trundle fits under the bed. Checking their website, it says the trundle is suitable for only THREE beds - none of which were the one on display with the trundle, which we purchased.My husband has been chasing up the store to try and get a resolution. First we had to send photos in case the mattress could be 'squashed' to fit under the bed. Then we had to wait for the store manager to be in the next day to call us - they didn't. Hubby tried to call, no answer, mailbox full. When the store manager DID call she said she'd need to escalate it to the regional manager - who we still haven't heard from. Said again that they have a 10cm foam mattress (not the one that was sold to us and not one that they want) on the trundle in store which they 'squash' under the bed - way to recommend compromising the quality of your product.When hubby called again today, the store manager wasn't in again and all the staff member could do was say they'd send a message to the regional manager to contact us.There's a simple resolution - swap the bed frame that was incorrectly sold to us for one of the ones the trundle DOES fit under, throw in assembly to make up for all the screwing around. OR refund us, collect the goods and we'll go elsewhere.
