I've been going to this yoga session on Tuesday nights for several years. Friendly class for relaxation and de-stressing, breathing techniques and stretching. Highly recommend!

I have attended yoga with Anna for several years. The classes are gentle and have really helped with any lower back issues that I have had in the past. To stretch out those kinks and for relaxation of both body and mind I highly recommend Yogahealth. I love attending.
