I usually love Nandos but today's experience was appalling from one staff member.My family and I walked into Nandos today and found ourselves a table - so obviously, we were dining in.My mother went to order and for some reason, the man who served us put our order as take away" without even asking my mum whether we were dining in or ordering take away.Another guy came after about half an hour (the store was practically empty btw) to ask if we ordered as we were sitting and waiting for our meal with our plates and cutlery all set up. We showed our receipt and he left to grab our food. When he came back

Card only place so if your mum gave you $10 for a treat that’s not the place.Long wait time, expensive and very smallAlso the food isn’t great at all.Place is pretty dirty and tables are sticky.Obviously I’m not recommending at all, pavilion next door is about 10 time better and cheaper.

I love Nandos BUT!… this store is absolutely hopeless.Frequent situations:10% - 20% full of patrons: 7:30pmhalf hour wait and half the time ran out of chicken. No tenders, no ribs, we have to thaw out chicken and it’s going to be a while.50% full tonight (if that): 7:30pmSorry we are no longer taking orders for a while, we are too busy. we have an hour wait for food.Frequently run out of chicken? You only sell chicken. How do you run out? It’s never that busy of a store.No ribs but they are on the menu. We don’t do them at this store? Why?Honestly, I don’t know how they make a profit. Very poor management.Unfortunately we live this way and the next one is casuarina. we will unfortunately keep visiting this one and hope that it gets better.

I am a delivery driver and the blonde girl manager there treats very poorly and is extremely rude . I will never accept any order from this restaurant.

Ordered in advanced (3:45) and in the system shows to be picked up (4:05) but the staff was a bit rude and said they tried to call me and said i wasnt answering the call( which is very defensive to hear) i havent got any call and my food wasnt ready and waited another 20min. It's not even busy but the quality of service sucks. Not gonna come back again.

Food is good and service really fast but sometimes the food is hit or miss, sometimes I order chicken sometimes is over cooked and not basted properly but when its perfect its really good makes you full and chips are nice with the peri peri seasoning sprinkled on top.

Such a wonderful staff, when I arrived staff greeted and asked if we needed assistance and once I mentioned that I have placed an online order she came after few minutes to check if the ordered was place properly. We found out that the order accidentally went through to different store, she quickly responded that let's go and speak to manager and she might be able to help you with this" and certainly the manager was very friendly and fixed the order for me.Amazing and understanding staff with excellent service."
