I stopped by Hungry Jack's for a bite, But the Ultimate Double Whopper wasn't right, The patty was dry, the buns were old, I left feeling hungry, and feeling cold.I can't recommend the Ultimate Double Whopper, It's not worth the money or the time, I'll be seeking out a different burger joint, One that serves a tasty, juicy, divine.So if you're hungering for a burger feast, I'd suggest you give Hungry Jack's a pass, There are plenty of other options out there, That will surely satisfy your hunger's class."

Just went there to get food, Firstly the lady that served us first was rude and then a guy attended to us so we could review our order (Brae) and can't believe in my 57 yrs I have ever encountered a more rude guy in my life, got home to find our order was wrong so I rang and Brea answered and basically said it was our fault should have told them there and then. Again basically too bad too sad.DEFINITELY won't be going there when they are working, they apparently only work night shifts.Totally annoyed!!!!!!

Whilst it may not matter, I will no longer be ordering hungry jacks. As far too many times I order for myself and my housemate, and all edits to chicken burgers are completely ignored. This results in food not eaten and my time/money wasted. I guess stuff happens, but when it's over 6 times in a row, it makes you look terrible.

Brae served us tonight and he was absolutely horribly rude to us. When we got home, we realised our order wrong and he blamed us for not telling them as soon as we received the food and offered no solution. Will not be returning. 0/5 if I could put that

UPDATEgave this absolute dump another shot. Benefit of the doubt you know? Have you not provided the staff with screens to actually read orders? Your poor staff are always run off their feet, it's no wonder they get things wrong.Whopper junior, add bacon no tomato or onionAnd I get a burger with like 16 onions worth of of onion, the most disgusting tomato I've ever seen and no bacon, that I paid extra for. Plus the burger was sopping wet, yet the bun was gross and crusty on top. It was a mess.Your store is the worst hungry jacks I and anyone I know have ever been to.There are ALWAYS people lined up for refunds, no orders are ever correct.This store is a joke and I feel bad for everyone who shops here.Ordered 2 meals and literally 95% of the order was wrongDidn't receive nuggets, only got one drink, the two burgers in the hunger tamers box were completely wrong.Every single time my boyfriend orders from here it's all wrong.I think the staff might need some more training, or more staff so they aren't run off their feet.Last time we complained there were THREE other people in there picking up refunds as well.You guys really need to look into why this keeps happening.
