Smythe Creek
A nice little stopover place between Kennett River and Apollo Bay. There is a gravel carpark on the East bound lane, and then a short little track under the bridge to a beautiful pebble beach. The rocks/pebbles form a little weir, which means that Smythe Creek is fresh water and unaffected by the tide. This means freshwater fish. I managed to see a platypus too!

Smythe Creek
Nice spot hidden in plain sight on the great ocean road. There's a small clearing to park your vehicles. Can access the coast via a small trail along the stream under the bridge.
