Secured their services to install a fluted glass pivot door in our hallway.Took several visits and over 4 months.First attempt to install was unsuccessful as there was no stud in the ceiling to secure the door of which they claimed they asked me to install (they did not) so had to arrange my builder to come out, cut a hole in the ceiling to do the job.Second attempt, the glass door was too long off which they placed blame on their glass manufacturer, so a new glass door had to be cut.Third attempt, door installed but when opened at 45 degrees, it scraped the ceiling of which they cleaned my ceiling was crooked (newly built house 2 years old). I asked when they first came out to take measurements, did they take measurements in the door open and closed positions of which they said only closed.Fast forward, many back and forth discussions and two extra visits, they were able to adjust the door must enough so it doesn’t scrape, although I do fear that in time, with house movement, I’ll have the problem again.In summary, I like the product but the service and experience I felt was lacking.

As someone who has been in the construction industry for 17 years there is no one else that we will use for our glass needs!High quality, professional and always helping to get the job done with ease. Leigh and the team are the best!
