We went with Static Blue for our electrical, gas and fire safety checks (required prior to renting out our property). Well priced compared to competitors. Punctual, professional and reports provided same day. Appreciated the text messages confirming appointment times and tracking prior to arrival.Will use again and happy to recommend.

Glen was initially quite responsive and I wanted to proceed with the services of his company and accept the quote. However, when I was already accepting the quote and asked clarifying questions about some negative reviews this person became extremely rude and aggressive, marked my job enquiry unsuccessful and hung up on me.P.S. It appears that Glen is not just extremely rude and unprofessional person but he is also a liar. There were no 12 phone calls. I made only 2 calls with inquiries in regards to company services; the second - to clarify previously unclear quote over the phone contradicting to the website info; and the third call was to clarify the requirement of printing & signing the quote or just push of the Accept button on the website. At the same time I innocently asked about some negative reviews on the company's website. As a result I received immediate angry reaction, unprovoked aggressive behaviour, heard all possible swearing and statement that my enquiry is considered by Glen unsuccessful and that he will not do the job. Following that he continued to send me rude and aggressive SMS messages. I believe that no one should deal with such unprofessional person regardless of how cheap are his quotes. There are quite a lot of negative feedbacks. This person should learn how to behave and be polite with his potential clients.

Fire alarm inspection, guy turned up st the time stated and texted beforehand to confirm he was on the way. Inspection was quick and efficient.

Person conducting the checks was very helpful and pleasant to deal with! However the owner was rude and not helpful over email when a follow up issue was being rectified. Not great customer service.
