My partner and I were announced as husband and wife by the wonderful Hui-Lin in November 2022.Hui-Lin was extremely easy to communicate with from initial contact and throughout the wedding preparation period, leading up to our wedding day itself.We opted for her services as a host for our Chinese Tea Ceremony, and as our marriage celebrant including sharing of our love story. Hui-Lin was very thorough in ensuring she extracted as much information from us as possible for the love story and she was very clear in communicating the legal marriage requirements.Hui-Lin was extremely easy to work with on the wedding day itself, ensuring everyone was comfortable with their roles on the day. She did an incredible job putting our love story together from our individual questionnaires and had the whole room in laughter throughout her speech. Hui Lin was our bilingual celebrant at our wedding over the weekend. My husband and I could not be happier with how the ceremony went with her. Lin was absolutely brilliant on the day of our wedding day and the time leading up to the day. To start off, she had a meeting to get to know my wife and I followed by emails to get to know both of us individually. All of this came to shine on the day of our wedding where she was able to truly customise our wedding ceremony to our story. In addition to this, she also conducted the Chinese Tea Ceremony. Although we didn't know the procedure, she took time and explained every step of it (in Mandarin and in English) so we all felt comfortable with the steps involved. She even slowed down her English for my dad who wasn't very proficient. Overall, we would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a caring and professional celebrant!

We are so lucky to encounter and selected HuiLin as our celebrant and MC. She is one of the few celebrants in Perth who managed to excel in marrying both Asian and Western culture so beautifully in our wedding celebrations.She was also very flexible in the course of carrying out her MC duties, and was able to modify her plans to overcome a few unforeseen hiccups. Couldn't be any happier with Huilin for our wedding. My parents and Nainai couldn't speak Chinese, having Lin there for them so they were included and had so much fun.
