EB Games - Head Office

Since I have bought something online, from EB Games I keep getting purchased receipts for $0 EB Games Australian Eagle Farm. Witch I don't like and want stopped!!

Never pre-order form EB games. Im getting my game 5 days later then everyone else because of covid". B******t. It is in the stores already! I could walk in and buy it now. If they mailed it ahead of time it would be on time. Terrible service

on the 17/2/2017 i purchased a pre ownded xbox 360 controler as the store located at the logan hyper dome had no new controlers in stock,the staff member from eb games told me it was a good controler compared to the others available,i paid $39.00,my son went to use the controler and the batery pack DOES NOT work,the right bumber is faulty,the left stick STICKS,sticky,when i have rang eb games asking how this happened the manager says WE DONT HAVE TIME TO CHECK THEM,this statment says that EB GAMES thinks their time worth more than ours the consumer,as we have all seen threw EB GAMES advertising they state their pre owned hardware is tetsed prior to being sold to us the consumer,WARNING TO ANY ONE THINKING THAT EB GAMES WILL OR DO THE RIGHT THING when it comes to buying eb games second hand hardware,they will give you your money back and say sorry,but if you have traveled to aquire a new item for your child dont think they care about the time you inversted in it,or the look on your childs face of disapoinment in you ,IN EB GAMES OWN WORDS ( WE DONT HAVE THE TIME TO CHECK THEM ) and we all know their advertising says differantly,suck it and see with EB GAMES ,but dont buy somthing from them hoping to make your child happy as it may certainly not,eb games new slogan should be SUCK IT AND SEE

Absolutely appalling customer service. Total disregard for Australian consumer laws. Bought a console that did not work, was told to wait for them to post on out or travel over 45 mins to another store to collect the console. Told them neither option was viable and I wanted an exchange for an item of similar value as is law by consumer standards. Was told in no uncertain terms that my complaint would not go further and got told to talk to Fair Trading Australia.An absolute joke of a company. No wonder they are losing money hand over fist and closing doors on stores!! Cant wait for them to go out of business.

I’d like to say that after placing an order online for 4 items just before the weekend and then waiting until Monday to find out 2 of my items have been refunded yet are still available online via the website for purchasing is highly disturbing. I had no explanation to why these changes had occurred. I have also contacted customer service and was told that it has been placed on hold by the warehouse. The phone manner by the team member was not at it’s best and I can’t really do anything until he has heard back from the warehouse. 2 weeks wait for a controller, I will be placing a complaint further with my bank as the items have been paid and yet I have not been refunded.

Wow, I am finding the negative reviews just great and actually quite entertaining, so I gave you 5 stars for having such terrible reviews & I'm thinking I might go into the Parramatta shop to witness this rudeness 1st hand, should be good, will grab some popcorn or something to add to the entertainment. Can't wait. Keep up the arrogance and rudeness. Thx

Got a brand new xbox series s in April 2022 it had a major fault with the hardware due to fan making metallic noise. Took it back to Stafford and told me it is a trade in. So got the console for $499 trade in $300.no replacement no full refund. Got it investigated by this mob said due to box being open its a trade in if still in box full refund. It had its original box and everything. Got fair trading involved they told me they sold the console FULL PRICE to this customer had same fault got FULL REFUND. A traded in console is $448 this customer paid $499 and got a FULL REFUND of $499. Talk about dodgy

It’s the No.1 gaming franchise in the country for a reason. I’ve always had great service since shopping in 2001.

Your Hervey Bay store staff member Keith is as rude as they come. Why have you not trained these people in customer service? Talking OVER CONTINUALLY, hanging up because you pull him up on his rudeness. Ring up and ask to speak to someone else and he hangs up again. 4 times he did this. And he says he is the manager of that store!! Good heavens, I have contacted channel 7 and asked them to investigate this store, hoping he gets caught out on TV
