Was put in touch with this business in March 2022. Was told someone would be able to come to our property within two weeks and then heard nothing from them for over two months despite several attempts to contact and get a response.Very unreliable and far from 'Prestige' as the name suggests.

Scammers!!. They took 7 months for doing this shoddy work. They charge from bank and you pay access and still not fixed !! ended up paying 3000 which would have been fixed within 1000 and still having the same issue. I am going to change the insurer if they cant change this builder.
