Worked with Southern Innovations on commercial builds and they have been wonderful. A few changes of products as time passes but always willing to help and find a solution. Would highly reccomend.

I am absolutely disgusted with their poor quality of service. A star out of five is too much for them. These guys dont know what they are doing and what they are selling. I ordered numerous products from these guys and many of them were different to what I asked. The orders for vanities, handles of vanities and mirrors went wrong. Even the ordered product went Aubury when I live in Canberra. Also I returned some products (2 pop ups and 1 shower mixer) in 9th of March, the refund procedure was taking so long (more than 3 weeks). I called a few times to get refund for past few week. THE WORST OF THE WORSTS. Never ever gonna recommend this place.

Great display room and good customer service

I cannot recommend Southern Innovations enough. Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping, no matter how small the query. There is clearly a focus on professionalism and customer service. Keep up the great work.
