New to Cairns this chain looks like a great healthy food option. It specialises in fresh Vietnamese rolls and has quite a range of them. There are some other Viet favoured like Phở as well. The rolls I bought were tasty but were let down by the sauce.

The food is fresh and delicious. Every time I passed by the shop, I saw them rolling new roll then I easily asked them for new fresh rolls. Spicy hoisin is my favourite sauce.

I have eaten from here 3 times this week. They are great value and have a wide range of flavours But unfortunately taste is missing from the rolls. Way to much noodles per roll. I will make my own from now on.

Food here is always fresh and delicious. My fav is the viet salad with pork belly. For $11 AUD you get a big bowl plus prawn crackers. For $5 extra you can also get a drink and a side, like sweet potato fries. They also have an app which you can download. Reason I'm giving only 4 stars is because of the wait. Only one chef and they are trying to prepare UBER eats orders as well as orders for in-store customers. This equalled quite a long wait for our food.

Came here after hearing it was worth the go...bought 3 soldiers Barramundi,prawn and chicken avocado...what I got was 3 rolls of noodles the meat ingredients were so thinly sliced it was impossible to taste without the sauce it would have been non existent. .not impressed with the price for pretty much noddles...I will try something else from the menu another day as some of their other plates look tasty
