Beware of this guy named Jaspreet - trying to help a friend make a claim (because of English barrier) and Jaspreet informed us he wanted us to 'learn the hard way'. What a vindictive person. Never use this company under any circumstances.

payment options is somewhat limited would be nice to pay by card online through their website, fortunately their office is nearby. The office environment could be better in terms of setup, but its no big deal as I comeby only once a month and staff there are friendly and approachable. I would have give 4.6-4.7 stars out of 5, but google makes me round it off to the nearest whole number

I have insurance with them for my fleet from the last 8 or 9 years and never had any problem. Their repair process is fast and have very good quality and they look after even after the repair. Their best quality is that they always pay the owners for the time the car is off-road which most of the insurance companies do not pay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as i have used at-least 5 companies before them and most of them are not reliable at all and rip off but this one is the beat.
