Bought a tank of fuel for a car and they threw in a hot shower. So dam nice on a cold night. Good price for the middle of nowhere. 5 star.

Small petrol station along the main highway.Some basic amenities were out of order. (Air/water station)Inside the store was very small, but packed full of products. It was a little dark inside, making it appear like it needed a clean.

Very rude old lady at the service desk. Easy to tell she’s not happy with her job and she didn’t give us discount on Shell discount card. Not happy customer Shell team ☹️

Gurmeet, lied to us about discount, said could not use.. then when pressed as to why there's a sheet with the discounts on the counter in front of her, she reluctantly used it, however before I pumped the gas she used the promo bar code I just cheked making it invalid for me to now use use played dumb about it. the business - I was told the owner is Stacy - has been reported to ACCC and ombudsman.. liars and cheats

Pretty average fuel station in South Hay. Staff in both the fuel shop and restaurant are friendly and provide quick service.There is a range of hot and cold foods to choose from. Coffee is sold here. A couple of picnic tables at the front and plenty of seats inside.Restrooms are provided and are clean and tidy although a bit cramped if your a bigger lad. Heaps of parking for trucks and cars alike.

Stopped at Shell Hay twice on way to and from Canberra. Our dinner was excellent. Home cooking style with Apple crumble for desert $22 what a bargain. Great air conditioning.

This is a great Travelers Rest stop. I bought a hamburger that was very delicious and huge. The staff were polite. It also has a shower free to use which is also great.
