Seems to me, it's probably better to represent yourself if you know a little bit of family law and even if you don't have any sort of knowledge in law, it’s still best to do your own research and represent yourself. I am the respondent in a Financial Settlement. They represent the Applicant. I have seen them act so unprofessionally it has resulted in 5 unneeded hearings and huge costs to my ex wife. They may make a nice coffee and taken well, but this firm will simply bleed you of your money it seems, by not doing the job they are paid to do, resulting in huge additional costs.One of their so called Senior Solicitors is one in name only, having not win any cases and has essentially only experience as a Law Clerk.They are bleeding my wife dry at the moment it looks like her costs may go to $200,000 when they probably suggested a quick 'resolve' and costs of $20,00 but appear to do all they can to bring about costs of at least $200,000.They are atrocious.

These guys are absolutely amazing and I would 100% recommend them. They were so empathetic to what I was going through and I really appreciated their support, advice and above all total professionalism. They made the whole process as easy as possible and sorted everything. The cost was extremely competitive, in fact I'd go as far as to say probably the cheapest I've come across.
