About the Business
Wyaralong | Seqwater | About Wyaralong Wyaralong Dam is the newest dam in South East Queensland, completed in 2011. The lake and surrounding areas provide fantastic recreation facilities and have become a major tourism draw card for the Scenic Rim region. Wyaralong Dam is located north-west of Beaudesert on the Teviot Brook, nestled at the base of Mt Joyce.

Huge dam in peaceful location. Water sports held with permanent lanes can create a busy environment. Very clean and tidy park. Rubbish skip bin available. Be early if want undercover seating. Clean toilets. Worth a visit. South of Beaudesert.

Hidden gem, went there on Tuesday and hardly have any visitors. Bit far from Brisbane but worth it. Sculpture park is good and chances of seeing roos. Good spot for picnic or getaway!

The sculptures are interesting, with a beautiful setting. A little disappointed that there were not more of them! Would be great to develop this as a major attraction in time for the rowing competition in 2032 at the Brisbane Olympics.

A wonderful scenic and peaceful location with excellent facilities. Can’t wait to return when it’s a bit warmer and perhaps take my mountain bike.

Amazing place. Wonderful parklands for families. Seating and tables undercover. Lots of wildlife. Great for a paddle out on the lake.

Great, peaceful setting. Good public amenities. Sheltered tables and benches giving protection from the elements. Ideal for canoeing, kayaks, fishing etc.BYO Food, drinks etc.Highly recommended.

Great place to take the children.Regularly cleaned bathrooms and bbq facilities.The play ground is wonderful for smaller children.So many sheltered picnic tables or grass.Small shore line for collecting bits and pieces

Very peace and beautiful place. Great to spend an afternoon in here. The only issue is you can only stay here till 6.
