Week in week out always an issue and something missing from our meals that we ordered. It's honestly pathetic to thing how the order can be messed up continuously... Would recommend any other takeaway service over these guys!!! Plain and simple atrocious! Also thank you to the women on the phone that said this is great leave a review and hung up.

We had been away & came back & picked up a family feast( the 10 pieces one)& an ultimate box so no dishes etc. Soooo disappointing, service ok but all pieces nearly black, overcooked & dry. Not nice.

I cannot understand why people queue for this awful food. Years ago KFC was unique, great tasty food with flavour. Now its bland. Its really not tasty at all, unbelievable how anyone can call this food.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting a fast food outlet, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. My wait time was over an hour, which was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. However, that wasn't the only issue I encountered. To make matters worse, they messed up my order multiple times, and I was left with the wrong items on my tray. It felt like a complete waste of time and money.I had to cancel some of my orders, and even though it's been a month, they haven't refunded me. I've tried reaching out to their customer service, but it seems like they are not interested in addressing my concerns. This is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.Overall, I would not recommend this particular outlet to anyone. The wait time is unreasonable, and they seem to have a significant problem with accuracy in fulfilling orders. Furthermore, the lack of refund for canceled orders and poor customer service is unacceptable. It's a shame that my experience was so negative, but I hope that my review can help others avoid a similarly unpleasant experience.

Not the best KFC I've been to. No one was at the counter to serve us and the table we sat at to wait at (which was quite a while) wasn't clean. It looked to be understaffed. The toilets were possibly the smallest I've ever seen in a restaurant. The food was good though

I really find your experience really differs here, but with this experience although there wasn't enough original recipe to complete our order, the supervisor gave me extras to ensure I was content with the transaction.Once a common practice now days they just tell you what you can have to replace it.Food was good and fresh on this occasion

Shame on KFC Hervey bay.My son went for a job interview and was told he was successful. Was told a date for an orientation day so went and bought new shoes..pants etc. Was given a password to log on to employee site.After not being able to log in to find the time of orientation he phoned and was told the person who hired him was off sick and that they would let him know when it was next on.A week's gone by and he receives an email saying he's unsuccessful in getting the job.If U want young kids to have loyalty and respect to their employer maybe they should also have that for their potential employees.

It was the worst 3 piece dinner box I have ever brought from any KFC store. The chicken was Burt to a crisp and dryer then a slab of conceret. The bread roll was in my opinion a week old. I will never buy KFC from the Boatharbour store Again.

Would have given 5 stars for food as it was fresh, but I got the Giant feast and did not appreciate getting 5 wings in my order 4 drums sticks even though I like drumsticks, but the rest was another 4 breast and only 2 thigh in my 15 piece pack!
