Customer service is very good, great range of cctv system components, not expensive.

I notice several bad reviews for CCTV Security Camera Warehouse, this was not my experience at all several months ago, I found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in an industry where most are tight-lipped and secretative.As an added bonus their prices were super-competetive. 5 stars well earned.

Don't buy here. I purchased security camera last October 2020. I returned it for repairs in May. I finally received it back three months later to find it hadn't been repaired. The Tech guy wrote 'Unfortunately we cannot fix or swap the motherboard under warranty due to the damage.' They just make excuses not to meet their warranty obligations. I would give them zero but google won't let me.To the Owner responseAt no point have I or my 78 year old mother damaged the device. It was purchased brand new last year, all I did was set it up for my mother. If it was damaged then this must have occurred prior to you selling it to me.Once again, I will explain the display kept switching on and off, I returned it due it stopping altogether.I am getting frustrated by lack of customer service and obligations so will seek advice as this was purchased for an old lady to keep her safe in her home.

Pretty much take your money and give you the worst service. At the start the service was good like the 5star reviews state but down the track the service and excuse uses are just pathetic and unprofessional for a business owner.
