Convenient and efficient way to keep everyone on top of some of the mandatory training modules. The booking and online training portals work well and the rescheduling of people who are unable to attend a particular session was also not a problem.

Did the first aid course yesterday with Natalie. I normally find these quite repetitive and not engaging. Natalie totally changed that and kept us all interested and engaged whilst also making sure we took away all the important information. Thanks so much Natalie for the great first aid training.

This was the best Provide First Aid course I've done. The online videos prior to the in-person course were really clear and informative, and allowed me to take in all the info at my own pace rather than being crammed into one face-to-face session. On the day it was just 2 short hours, with the trainer Natalie clearly taking us through each practical component with all the equipment, ensuring we understood. Natalie was super engaging and made us laugh a lot despite the serious content, it was honestly just really enjoyable! And I left feeling confident about each of the areas. The certificate came through to my email on the same day. Highly recommended.

Did my First Aid and CPR Training for the first time and the online component was very informative and organised. The face-to-face assessment was run by Ally and the session was super fun and informative also. Would 100% recommend this course to a friend! :)

My recent first aid course was a success from start to finish. The sign up was easy and quick, online learning was short and direct, on the day training with Jodie was relevant, thorough and within time limit. The certificate come out that afternoon. Overall 5 stars and highly recommended.

I completed my Provide First Aid with RTS. They have really professional and informative pre-course online content prior to your face to face assessment. Our trainer today was Natalie, she was very well spoken, confident, humorous and answered all our questions. Venue was easy to find and located ideally for me. The staff i engaged with were all really helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to complete another course with RTS group in the future.Thanks team!

One of the best refresher courses I have been to, it was only a small group but the instructor was engaging at all times.I had not used the Resus mannequins with the status lights before and found them very beneficial in keeping track of how your technique was going.I had many questions that the instructor was only too happy to give me answers and explanations.Overall it was a very enjoyable course and I was very impressed with the whole experience.

Genuinely one of the best refresher courses I have been to. The instructor was super lovely and made the experience enjoyable. The course was super engaging, which is often hard to do with a class full of people who have done CPR courses several times. I was super impressed with the equipment, having the lights on the half mannequins to let you know how you're tracking with pace and depth and having the manual resuscitation bag to ensure that you can replicate breaths even during COVID times. It was also beneficial to have the full sized body bags to practice recovery position. Overall very enjoyable and impressed with the whole experience.

Excellent pre course training. The online work was easy to follow. Very modern training aids in the classroom. The instructor Jess was very confident and knowledgeable. The best class I have been to in years. I will definitely be back next year.

Chose RTS for my first aid and cpr training and had a really good experience with our assessor, Ally! The session also provided further important information and allowed for us to fully understand what was taught online through the practicals. The session was comfortable and easy to understand for all age groups and background. Highly recommend :)
