Graham Massey is the Flick Hygiene representative for our office building, he is efficient and very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Excellent customer service from Graham every time.

Used for 7 years but when I finally got around to getting other prices from other companies, I realised that Flick's prices for Washroom Services is REALLY EXPENSIVE! Flick have increased their yearly fees $25-$50p/a. We had 1 sanitary bin being emptied for $680 p/a and I just got a quote from another company for $180p/a. Do your homework guys and even if Flick give you a good deal to start with, be aware of the yearly increases. Keep shopping around. Services were always good, the lady that collected the bin was really nice but when I went to cancel, there are no refunds/credits for the year you've paid for in advance. You pay for the year and it's forfeited if you cancel before. Thanks for the years Flick but we're giving you the flick. Nothing personal, just really expensive.
