Ordered some tins and needed them urgently. I was anxious I would have to wait, however the service was very quick and easy.One email to order the goods, and then I received the invoice with a quick and easy payment system. My items were delivered a week later, which was very fast as I am in the country.The items I ordered were not available anywhere else in Australia too.I spoke with Ray, who was very helpful and didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver - his expected date of delivery was exactly right - I actually received my goods a few days earlier than I expected.I would recommend this company, and will be using them again myself.

Vivo bags are great quality, price is good and service is fast - very happy with our association. Will be looking into their biodegradable bags next order.

We will NEVER use this Vivo packaging again we purchased 1000 stand up pouches with our business logo printed on them, we got them yesterday and our logo is not centred on the bags, they are anywhere from 1mm up to 3mm to far to the left.This companies office is located in Melbourne but the printing is done in China, we asked for either a refund or for the pouches to be redone. Apparently the 3rd party printing company said if they redo them they will be the same. The owner Wilson also said that up to 1.5mm uncentred is acceptable, but alot of them were more than the 1.5mm. I had a professional graphic designer design our logo give it to a professional company to expect a professional job and they came back uncentred which to me is completely unacceptable!!!!

Love this packaging. I use the zip lock packs for putting together all the smaller pieces that go with our candle making kits and ingredients for our soap and skincare packs. The clear window means the products can be seen easily and the package looks professional. Love them.
