Great experience with Matt he is gentle and effective at helping resolve acute and chronic issues. Massage, fascia release and cranial-sacral so relaxing with adjustments if needed. Extremely knowledgeable about all things Bodymind.

I can’t give anything other that 5* Matt understands what is needed and applies his skills with care and just the right amount of pressure. I always come away with a few small bruises but they show how badly I needed his help. Thank you Matt, I will be back when I need to see you again… about 5 or 6 months from now ;-)
