I am totally blissed out after my beautiful massage & facial with the very knowledgeable & super lovely Sarah. From start to finish i had an amazing experience & wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah. It may have been my 1st visit here, but I'm definitely going to be a regular client from here on in!! Amazing experience!!!

Just got a facial done by Ruby today and she was so amazing! She paid attention to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and super relaxed. My mum also had a facial done by her the day before, and we’re both so happy with the service and will definitely be back.

I had an amazing time with Chelsea during my 2 hour Rejuvenate Spa Treatment. She was so lovely, honest & very informative during my spa treatment. She helped eased all the tension on my body particularly on my neck, shoulders & upper back, which are my main problem areas. Her professionalism, down to earth & caring personality is admirable. Also her firm massage was the best! It was much needed & a life saver for this busy mum of a growing toddler. Thank-you Chelsea & looking forward to my next treatment with you.

I went to Endota CarolineSprings for a full leg wax I was told $55 and when I rang for the booking I was told the service was $65 now in there defence they spoke with the owner and they said they would honour the price I was told.So I went along was treated very nice but the service was less than perfect I felt a great deal of pain, and when finished I had a lot of bruising on my upper thigh and it was very sore, I was left to dress and found clumps of hair that simply wasn’t removed.I told the clinician when she came back into the room she did a couple of spots while I was standing there and when I got home I looked more carefully and found many more areas that were missed and the area got very uncomfortable as the day went on so I rang them and was told to put Vaseline on my skin.Now I’ve had my legs done many times by those little nail shops and have never had this issue and it cost me half the price.I went through Endota because I thought the service would be a lot more comfortable and relaxed, I feel the girl who did the treatment was not trained correctly and really had no idea how the wax should be removed and that’s why I was left bruised and in pain.

Due to it being the start of the long weekend, had booked a relaxation massage at Endota as was passing through on the way to the destination. Can by far say this was the best experience and most relaxed I've felt after a massage ever. Sarah was the one who weaved her magic on the day. From the outset she was very informative on how it was all going to go, what processes she would perform with the hot rocks and such, and any other concerns I may have. My words to her after it was all done were 'you left me feeling comatose'. Top notch stuff, Sarah! By far the best massage I have ever had! If I didn't live hours away, would definitely come back more often!

I was very excited for this massage but was quite underwhelmed. I was left by myself to get changed for way longer than I needed and felt like I was lying there for ages before my massage began, which was less time for treatment. I felt cold throughout my treatment. I specified in the form I filled out prior to my treatment the areas I wanted focus on which were the areas which the least amount of time was spent which confused me, why bother asking? The place is pretty, much quieter than other massage places in shopping centres but from the overall experience I wouldn't come back.

I cannot recommend Sarah from the Endota Caroline Springs team enough! Sarah is now my regular therapist and I look forward to seeing her every time. Her massage treatments are always professional, ambient and tranquil, I can no longer book with anyone else but her. She always makes you feel comfortable at all times and the serenity she creates is nothing but a calming space and setting.She is an absolutely beautiful therapist - if you are looking for that gorgeous experience on that far away tropical island, please go and see Sarah.
