I visited the facility on the 31st of August and received an ultra sound. I was informed that the images would be sent either via email or text. I never received the set of images until I walked in on the 21st of September and asked the receptionist.-On the same day my partner had her x-ray taken as requested by her dentist to check for any issues as she was experiencing severe pain after a wisdom tooth removal. The dentist requested for the x-rays to be sent directly to their clinic.Reception did not inform either of us to the waiting period nor the method in which my partner would receive her X-rays. When my partner asked, she was informed by the person conducting the x-ray that the images would be sent to the dental clinic.At arrival (at the clinic) the X-rays were not available (which is understandable as it was taken earlier that day) when my partner called to ask for the X-rays her request was rudely denied by someone of the name ‘Wendy’ and was then informed of the usual “procedure”- that it would take up to 24hrs for the digital copy to be sent.When I called again to request the X-rays and inform the staff to my previous concern regarding my ultra sound I was once again met by the same receptionist who rudely kept cutting me off and asking as to the nature of my call.Due to this, the dentist had to directly contacted the x-ray clinic. Surprisingly the X-ray was sent though immediately.It is not the wait nor the complication that was of concern but the interaction with the receptionist- ‘Wendy’.I fail to understand why a medical imaging centre, a place frequented by individuals with ailments/serious issue, expects their clients to be met with such a rude receptionist.

Very bad experience, the lady was very rude. Never came across anyone so unprofessional. She ask me to cough by pushing the ultrasound device in my tummy very hard (I am 34 weeks ) felt very bad pain. She was talking but very bad tone and attitude. I will never go there again, I would rather go and pay 200 dollars somewhere else than come here for free.

I been patient of this place from when I was a kid and we never go anywhere except carlingford or other branches of this company.Staff are wonderful, experience and professional. The radiologist are the most professional and knowledgeable. I will fully support and recommend them.

Same day booking for an MRI, appointment was on time, radiographer was amazing, excellent service from booking to reception to scanning, very friendly staff. I had the best experience in recent times, highly recommended.

Wendy went above and beyond to help me get a scan on the same day I called even though they were fully booked. I called late in a day after seeing my doctor needing a fairly urgent scan, preferably the same day or early next morning but they were fully booked. Wendy got me a spot with a radiographer and even helped me with parking, something she definitely didn’t need to do yet choose to help.World needs more people like Wendy and her employer should recognize what a wonderful employee they have. Reputation of this facility is uplifted because of Wendy’s caring customer service. Thank you angel Wendy.

Wonderful experience with my first MRI scan. The whole thing was so quick with almost no waiting time. The reception staff was amazing and super efficient. Filled up the form and as soon as I sat down I heard my name being called out for the scan. Changed up and the radiologists were great in explaining to me about everything i needed to know including the safety measures etc.
