A regular Chemist Warehouse with a large range of products with their usual arrangement of items.Friendly and helpful pharmacists they are ready to help assist with queries and filling scripts. The staff are great too and helpful.Ample parking lots available.

Shopped at Chemist Warehouse today and was totally appalled. 3 female staff members were stocking the perfume display, and they were speaking very loudly and rudely. The main culprit actually dropped the f bomb. I was shocked. Call me old fashioned, but I found it highly offensive & inappropriate. I wanted to have a word to a manager concerning, but I couldn’t see anyone but a security guard. Just awful. Won’t be back here again

Have been told mistruths every time

I only shop at this Chemist Warehouse out of convenience as it is close to my workplace. Every time I go in, I swear the staff are getting worse. I've asked pharmacists for medication advice and have been passed off to staff stocking shelves who are not qualified to give medical/pharmaceutical advice, prices have constantly scanned incorrectly, staff have been too busy talking that they have tried to overcharge me countless times and then need to get someone more 'senior' to fix their mistakes and then the refund process becomes more complicated. On a positive note, the security guards are always lovely when I go in, and there is one in particular (I wish I knew his name) who every time I have a basket will put it away for me and when I leave wish me a good day. I only shop at chemist warehouse for their prices but glad I haven't taken my prescriptions over there.

I visited the store with my Mum on Saturday around 11am and was shocked to see only one girl working!! I understand staff is reduced due to Covid, but to find one young girl holding the fort solo??!!! i was bewildered! She was run off her feet yet still polite and and helpful. Commendations to her!! she's incredibly well trained. All chemist warehouse stores need an employee like her!!

Despite restrictions during lockdown 6, when I went to pick up click and collect items the man behind the counter was not wearing a mask. I would recommend avoiding during the pandemic

Staff are always in the middle of their conversations at the counter and take ages to serve because they're too focused on socialising. The security guard also always wants to check my bag despite me lining up to pay for my goods, even if he's watched me go straight to the counter from the entrance of the store. Always feel so awkward going here, the whole team needs a good run down of correct customer service.

Always a pleasant experience. Sometimes no items that I need, but the staff always tries to help anyway.

I bought a Multivitamin and didn’t get the receipt. I realised I got the wrong multivitamin just after walk away and came back in less the a minute to change it but the another staff who was at the counter said I couldn’t change it any more. The security guard came to tell her I had just left the place and she said to him “I make the decisions here”. I don’t know if she is a manager or what but she was so rude and unprofessional in very arrogance talking with someone like that I felt bad for the security who was trying to help me and then was treated like that . I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. doesn’t deserve even one star here
