I am super impressed with this business. From the onset their level of communication was excellent. Dropped my car off and a hire car had already been arranged. I was told my vehicle would take 10 days to repair but had it back in beautiful order in just 7 days (only 5 business days). This was such a seamless process and I cannot recommend Gemini highly enough. Thanks for such a great experience.

Had my bumper repaired via RACQ here. My car looks brand new, they did the whole thing, not just the specific, small area. It got a bit hairy towards the end of the process where it looked like I wouldn't have my car back for the weekend and couldn't get an extension on my hire car. I think they pulled out all the stops to make sure I did get it back by close of business today (Friday). Much appreciated as I would have lost $600 income without it!! Lots of communication all the way through the process even though it did create anxiety for me when they were trying to make sure I could prepare for the potential scenario of not having the car back. Tight ship run here.
