Despite my booking not having been recorded, the staff were courteous and helpful. My car service was done and I had a great coffee. The biggest issue would be lack of comfortable chairs. I got the only one. There is a need for comfort when sitting for 11/2 hours.

A good place to get your car serviced. Located in a comparatively quiet area. Staff members are professional and willing to help. The manager provides good advice and doesn’t try to sell you stuff. I recommend this place.

Was greeted by friendly staff when we had our car in for service on Monday morning. Has a semi-private alcove with cubicles, coffee, wifi and a window for a view of your car being serviced.

Got my car serviced here, efficient and good communication. Sharon and Alen were helpful. Close to home for me - used to go to West Melbourne Honda before which was brand new and also very good.

Highly recommend!!I went for a long overdue car service & a diagnostic test today. Changed breaks.Dropped off by 8am, ready by 12pm.I got a free rental car (see below photo), free petrol. I also got a free car wash and steam as well as the wheels cleaning, plus getting rid of the bug bodies on the car resulted by interstate & long distance travels.No upselling. Total payment was only about $600! The Asian male manager “Alan” explained each charge item very well.Note, I pay more than double for regular checks at the Mercedes South Melbourne, with no parts change!Comparing with the other vehicle service providers, e.g., the Collingwood Honda Service Centre (now in Doncaster), and the Mercedes South Melbourne, definitely Alan at the Essendon Honda Service is the best in VIC.
